On Qigong
"In Qigong it’s good to remember to create “an inner smile”. In doing this the whole body can feel more relaxed and we can more easily enjoy the forms we are practising. If we enjoy what we are doing, we will feel the benefits more."
"As you practice the forms of Qigong, look for the Stillness within the movement. Then once that is seen look for the movement within the Stillness. Notice that both exists at the same time"
"Practicing Qigong is a great way of feeling more peaceful and relaxed. You can start to recognise that there is a sense of peace which is always present just by following the breathing technique and allowing your attention to follow the movements of the body. It doesn't matter if you make the odd mistake here and there as it becomes an ongoing journey of improvement."

"All your life you've been looking for balance. Qigong helps you find that balance"
"As you breathe slowly and deeply, practising the traditional art of Qigong, you'll notice meditation occurring quite naturally, effortlessly"
"At the heart of Qigong is working with our Qi which allows a more healthy flow through our body and organs."
"By merely Qigong for a few minutes each day will inevitably help you to feel more calm and relaxed"
"A good way to get started with Qigong is to concentrate on the movement first. Just allow the breathing to be deep and slow and not at a particular time during the form. Once we have practiced the movement for a while, you may notice that you naturally start breathing in and out at the right time."
