Meditation
Meditation Classes are normally held every other week on a Friday evening
at 7pm (UK Time) / 2pm (ET) Due to the Coronavirus, classes and 1:1's will now only take place online. If you'd like to reserve a place at this class please use paypal button below and the appropriate video conference link will be sent to you. Whether you are new to meditation or have meditated before, this class will be beneficial as we take a simple and straight forward look at what meditation is. Many people find it easier to meditate in a group so it is a good opportunity to be with like-minded people.
Meditation does not have to be difficult if we are open, curious and simply willing to explore what it is just to be with ourselves.

The class starts with a brief talk on Meditation and some simple advice on how to get the most from meditation.
A 30-35 minute guided meditation then follows and the class ends with a opportunity to ask questions.

If you pause for a moment you will notice, you are aware of this going on.
You know when the mind has been busy and you also know when the mind has been quiet with no thoughts at all.
What is it that knows this difference? What is it that knows when there are many thoughts and when there they are no thoughts at all?
Put your attention on what is it that is aware of thoughts and you will lose interest in the thoughts themselves."
