Meditation
Meditation Classes are held every other week on a Wednesday evening at
7pm UK Time. These Meditation classes take place at Ian's house and can be attended online as well. If you'd like to reserve a place at this class online, please use PayPal buttons below and the appropriate Zoom conference link will be sent to you. Please make any payments at least 2 hours before the class starts to ensure that there is time to send the Zoom link. Please email Ian at ianmpeacefulexperience@gmail.com to obtain Ian's address in Gomersal, West Yorkshire if you'd like to attend in person. The next Meditation class is on Wednesday 7th June 2023 at 7pm UK time.

Many people find it easier to meditate in a group so it is a good opportunity to be with like-minded people.
Meditation does not have to be difficult if we are open, curious and simply willing to explore what it is just to be with ourselves.
Meditation not only benefits yourself but also the people around you in your life. As you feel more peaceful and relaxed you radiate this energy to other people which will help them to feel more calm.

The class consists of a 30 minute guided meditation followed by a opportunity to ask questions.

If the 1:1 session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or you do not show up for the session you will be charged in full for that session.

We all have times, when the mind really goes for it and we comment and say "Wow, loads of thoughts in that Meditation!".
If you pause for a moment you will notice, you are aware of this going on.
You know when the mind has been busy and you also know when the mind has been quiet with no thoughts at all.
What is it that knows this difference? What is it that knows when there are many thoughts and when there they are no thoughts at all?
