Meditation Day
The date of the next Meditation Day to be announced.
The schedule of activities includes Guided Meditations, Silent sittings, Q&A and Qigong sessions.
The sessions will help you put aside worries and distractions of the mind to allow you to be present more in the moment. Using simple techniques which are easy to learn we will keep bringing ourselves into the moment. The more we are just present fully in the moment, the more we can touch upon the sense of peace which is always present within us. It is just the mind and worldly distractions which pull us away from this peace.
Coming together in a group can also help with our meditation practice as we can support each other through any issues.

Qigong (“chi-Kung”) is a traditional Chinese Mind,Body and Spirit practice that combines slow graceful movements and breathing techniques to promote good health along with improving spiritual growth. Tai Chi is a form of Qigong.
It can be described as a standing and moving meditation and it help us move away from the idea that we have to sit to meditate. As we learn to move as well as well as sit to meditate, we can discover that meditation is more a way of Being rather than a state we can reach.

The cost of the day will be £30.
You can attend this event online via Zoom or in person.
There are limited places to attend in person so please email us if this is your preference.

The booking will only be confirmed once a payment has been made.
If the booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of the event or you do not show up for the event you will be charged in full for the Meditation Day.
