Guided Meditation Classes
Guided Meditation classes are held online every alternate week on a Wednesday evening at 7pm

Qigong classes
Qigong classes. Ian offers a monthly class on Sunday and Monday to allow for different time zones.

Awakening Together - "The Movement of Now"
​On the 1st Sunday of the month at 7:30pm (UK Time) / 2:30pm (ET), Ian hosts free Qigong classes on Awakening Together.
