Guided Meditation Classes
Guided Meditation classes are held online every alternate week on a Wednesday evening at 7pm

Qigong classes
Qigong classes are held throughout the month on evenings as well as on the weekend.
Qigong (“chee-gung”) is a traditional Chinese Mind, Body and Soul practice that combines slow movements and breathing to increase and balance a person’s energy. Awakening Together - "The Movement of Now"
On the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month at 7:30pm (UK Time) / 2:30pm (ET), Ian hosts free Qigong classes on Awakening Together.
