Qigong classes
Qigong classes. Ian offers a monthly class on Sunday.

Awakening Together - "The Movement of Now"
On the 1st Sunday of the month at 7:30pm (UK Time) / 2:30pm (ET), Ian hosts free Qigong classes on Awakening Together.
